Many years ago I got electronic mail and started exploring what has now become the Internet. People would write to me and ask whether I was Bill Austin the weatherman or the Bill Austin of “Bill Austin’s BBQ.” Later they asked if I was Bill Austin of “Beth and Bill in the Morning” on the radio or Cooking with Beth and Bill on TV.
From the beginning I always gave the same answer …
“No, I am the Famous Bill Austin!”
